This wine is a bold Dry Creek Valley blend of 75% newer Zinfandel vines and 25% Petite Sirah from older plantings. Ripe blackberry, raspberry, and plum flavors dominate, accented by black pepper and cinnamon spice. Moderate acidity keeps it fresh, while Petite Sirah adds depth with dark fruit, firm tannins, and structure. Hints of dark chocolate, licorice, and earthiness enhance complexity.
