Beginning with the 2024 vintage, The Ultimate Cuvee will be a "Super Tuscan" blend of primarily Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Merlot, exact percentages to be determined at time of racking and blending. “Super Tuscan” originated as a term used to describe red wines from Tuscany that defy traditional regional winemaking rules.
