The very first wine that we produced when we opened our doors to the public in 1994, the Estate Cuvee is Dave's flagship blend of Zinfandel, Cabernet, Petite Sirah & Carignan, all estate grown. This blend always showcases a dark fruit profile, well balanced by bright acidity, delivering a smooth yet structured finish. A good candidate for additional aging.
