100% Cabernet Sauvignon from vigorous Phylloxera-resistant clones 337 and 341. Cabernet is grown in nearly every major wine producing country in many diverse climates. It is little known that the Cabernet Sauvignon grape is a hybrid, originally formed by the crossing of Cabernet Franc (red) with Sauvignon Blanc (white). Our Cabernet shows great potential from the onset, with a balance of power and finesse. We expect vibrant fruit and well-integrated tannins, making it a wine to enjoy young, yet having the structure to age for 10-15 years, evolving with further complexity over time.
