A quintessential Dry Creek Valley estate grown 100% Zinfandel, produced from small and gnarly grapevines which were originally planted on the property more than 120 years ago, and which today produce less than 2 tons per acre. Each year we lose a few of these old warriors through natural attrition, and what remains results in the essence of what a Dry Creek Zinfandel should be - juicy freshness, a sense of subdued minerality, and approacable richness without being overpowering.
