Viognier Futures 2025

This white grape is widely grown in and originated in the Northern Rhône, with increasingly popularity especially in California and Australia. We established a small plot of approximately 270 vines, which were acquired from local nursery stock and planted in 2017. Viognier is rich and viscous and ours will be full-bodied, lush and bursting with those signature floral aromatics, spicy undertones, and savory herbal layers. Despite its sweet aroma, we will produce a dry Viognier with minimal or no residual sugar.
