This estate grown field blend, consisting of over 10 varieties and clones, was hand harvested from vines planted approximately 130 years ago, resulting in rich, earthy, jammy flavors while layers of exotic spices add complexity. Lively acidity from the unique microclimate and rocky soils and the extra six months of barrel aging, balance the intense fruit for a long, lingering impression and full-bodied depth.
