This estate-grown blend of five Bordeaux varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Malbec - are the traditional complement to each other, resulting in a smooth, fruity-yet-dry, medium-bodied and perfectly-balanced wine. Hints of cocoa powder and bay leaf lead to an earthy spiciness and concentrated dark fruit flavors. The 16-month barrel aging plays an important role in the structure of this wine, softened by the influence of oak. Ready to enjoy now, or over the next 5-10 years.
