Terre Melange Futures 2024 / Aged 10 Months

A French Rhone-style blend of estate grown Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Peloursin, and sometimes Carignan.

A significant component of this wine, we believe the Peloursin grape to be unique to our vineyard here in Dry Creek. Peloursin is a nearly extinct grape typically formerly found only in a few places in the French Alps, was discovered in the 120-year-old Block 4 of our vineyard in approximately 1980, and propagated to other plantings in the vineyard in 2008 and 2016.
