Sparkling Pinot Noir 2021

Our estate grown, produced and bottled, Methode Champenoise sparkling wine is a true labor of love. In this 2021 vintage, a small percentage of Zinfandel was blended with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier for a more complex, full-flavored finish. Once you "pop" the crown from the bottle, there is a delicate burst of steam and the aromatic of crisp fuji apples. This bone dry wine, once poured, is incredibly effervescent and it has flavors that are bright, fresh and naturally crisp.
