Sauvignon Blanc 2022

The 2022 vintage is our first bottling of our estate grown Sauvignon Blanc varietal in almost a decade, produced from new vines planted on our vineyard in 2010 and again in 2017. It's crisp, dry, and bursting with tropical fruit. Intensely aromatic on the nose, it leads with fresh-cut pineapple, lime zest, and a subtle floral lift from the addition of 9% Riesling. The palate is vibrant and mouthwatering, offering bright acidity and a clean, mineral-driven finish that keeps it refreshing and energetic.Though technically dry, the fruity explosion is lusciously juicy without a trace of residual sugar. It's a wine made for warm evenings, backyard gatherings, or poolside sipping.
