Carignan 2023/ Aged 10 Months

Estate Grown, 100% Carignan from old head-pruned vines planted in approximately the 1950's. Typically used for blending by the immigrant farmers who first planted grapes in the Dry Creek Valley, our 100% Carignan stands alone and is a beautiful garnet in color with earthy aromas of cassis and cranberry. Best described with characteristics similar to something between a Merlot and a Zinfandel.
