Back by popular demand, this new 2026 vintage will consist predominantly of Sauvignon Blanc blended with Viognier, Gewurztraminer, and Riesling - all varieties estate grown. It will be aged primarily in stainless steel, with a short time in aged oak barrels to soften and enhance the flavor profile, as well as adding to the depth and structure of this wine.
