This wine is full-bodied and lush with a viscous, oily texture typical of Viognier, offering flavors of baked pear, tropical pineapple, and a touch of beeswax or caramel for complexity. The acidity is balanced but not sharp, giving way to a creamy mouthfeel, with low to moderate alcohol keeping it approachable. This wine showcases the winery's signature fruit-forward style in a white wine context. Aged 5 months in stainless, only 58 cases produced.
