Bottled as a single varietal for the first time since 2023, this 100% estate grown Nebbiolo delivers flavors of tart cherries with soft vanilla tones from influence of oak barrels, supported by firm tannins and bright acidity that give this wine remarkable aging potential. The Nebbiolo grape is one of Italy's most historic and revered grape varieties, with roots tracing back to the Piedmont region of northwestern Italy. With its tendency for early budding and late ripening, requiring ample sun and well-drained soils to thrive, we believed our vineyard would be a good candidate for growing Nebbiolo and have planted small plots of vines from 2013-2023. Less than 25 cases produced.
