Chardonnay Futures 2025

Back by popular demand for a second season, this 100% estate grown Chardonnay will be aged 10 months exclusively in mixed oak barrels to deliver layers of butterscotch, vanilla bean, and baked pear, all wrapped up with a creamy, full-bodied velvety mouthfeel. We are aiming for refined freshness and balanced acidity that will keep it from feeling heavy. Chardonnay is a versatile and very popular grape, originally from the Burgundy region of France. Our vines were first planted in 2013 with additional plantings in 2023. With limited yields for 2025, only 35-40 cases will be produced. We expect to bottle and release this wine in approximately August of 2026.
