Lagrein 2023 / Aged 16 Months

Our 100% Estate Grrown 2023 Lagrein is even deeper and more full-bodied than the 2022, showing its inky color and full-bodied texture, with velvety tannins and rich aromas of blackberry, plum, and dark cocoa. The time spent in oak lends an earthy spiciness with leathery undertones. This rare and obscure grape nearly went extinct in the 1970s but has seen a resurgence in recent years, and our vines are thriving in the warm, sun-drenched Dry Creek Valley floor.
