This 100% Cabernet is a blend of Clones 337 and 341, some of the most intense clones of Cabernet Sauvignon, and chosen specifically to produce a full-bodied concentrated wine with polished tannins, a generous mid-palate, and a long, savory finish. Accented by subtle hints of cocoa, cedar, dried herbs and earth, this estate-grown Cabernet reflects the warmth of northern Dry Creek Valley - structured yet approachable, delivering ripe blackberry and black plum flavors wrapped in a supple, mouth-filling texture. We feel this Cabernet matches, if not exceeds, the complexity and character found in many higher-priced domestic and international offerings.
