Sauvignon Blanc 2023

This 2023 estate grown wine is a blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Chardonnay. Unlike most Sauvignon Blancs, this wine was aged exclusively in 100% oak, a mixture of French and Hungarian barrels, for over 10 months. The oak influence gives this wine a toasty, rounded mouthfeel and is well balanced with good spark and noticeable acidity. This is the Chardonnay lover's version of a complex and structured Sauvignon Blanc.
