ZP2C 2021 / Aged 16 Months

Each year, our ZP2C is an eclectic blend of dozens of red varieties grown and produced on our property. It's bold and youthful, yet smooth and balanced, finishing with firm tannins which mellow as the wine remains open. Each barrel is racked for clarity and then given additional time in new barrels before bottling.
