Estate Grown 100% Pinot Noir. Like the 2022 Pinot before it, the 2023 vintage has all the basic characteristics of the Pinot grape with a dry and silky texture, while bright favors of cherries and raspberries dominate. It is light to medium-bodied, with balanced acidity and soft to medium tannins, leading to a smooth and long-lasting finish. Despite being grown outside the traditional region for the Pinot grape, this wine retains all of its hallmark characteristics, showcasing its adaptability. Our unique terroir of well-drained rocky soil offers a fresh perspective, yet the grape's typical traits of elegance, delicate spiciness and expressive fruit shine through, staying true to its varietal identity.
