This blend of Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling & Gewurztraminer showcases a unique combination of freshness and complexity. The Sauvignon Blanc brings vibrant, fruit-forward characteristics, with crisp, zesty green apple, creating an energetic and refreshing crisp profile. The Viognier & Riesling contribute a soft, aromatic richness, offering delicate notes of apricot and white peach, and the Gerwurz offers a hint of floral elegance, all balancing the acidity of the Sauvignon Blanc. This wine was aged in stainless steel, which preserves its bright, clean flavors and lends a dry, crisp texture with a slight minerality. The absence of oak aging keeps the wine light and pure, enhancing its crispness without any buttery or creamy undertones.
