Dave's Cuvee 2023/ Aged 10 Months

This field blend, similar to past vintages, consists of mostly old-vine Zinfandel, but this vintage was picked a little later than usual, with more noticeable spiciness and a little tartness from some of the unique grapes that were part of the mix this year. As always, the second crop on our estate vineyard is a nice balance of ripe fruit with subtle oak, resulting in an easy to sip, versatile wine that can stand alone or successfully paired with almost anything on your menu.
